My Vision & Plan

For a People-Driven Government, information must get to and from the People. So, I commit to do the following:

1. Modernize the City’s website and broadcast frequent videos about the City’s current and anticipated issues.
2. Modernize the City’s social media platforms.
3. Conduct active listening tours.
4. Create City involvement opportunities for the People.
5. Increase public comment time at City Council meetings.

For Conservation First, the City’s land and resources must be preserved. So, I commit to do the following:

1. Modernize the City’s Comprehensive Land Development Plan.
2. Modernize the City’s Comprehensive Land Development Plan.
3. Modernize the City’s Land Development Code.
4. Establish a City Conservation Code.
5. Ensure cost-effectiveness of all City contracts.
6. Eliminate City annexations.

For Evidence-Based Decision Making, transparency and consistency must be maximized. So, I commit to do the following:

1. Require written land development recommendations from the Planning & Zoning Committee.
2. Require written land development decisions from City Council.
3. Rely on past written decisions to guide future decision-making.
